Shipping & Payment Methods

1. Payment Methods

At economicsupplies.gr, we offer the following payment methods:

1.1 Payment by Card
Card payments are processed through the online payment platform Nexi XPayCard payments are processed through the Nexi XPay online payment platform.

Payment may also be made by bank transfer to one of the following bank accounts:

2. Minimum Order Amount

The minimum order value is set at: 50€ + ΦΠΑ.

3. Order Process

1. You can place your order by phone or email. Please also provide a second, alternative contact number.
2. We confirm the availability of the products in your order.
3. We inform you of the total cost of your order.
4. You complete the payment either by card through Nexi XPay or by bank transfer.
5. In the case of a bank transfer, please notify us by phone or email once the payment has been completed.
6. We confirm receipt of the payment.
7. We inform you of the shipping date of your order.
8. We dispatch the products.
9. We confirm the dispatch of your order and, where applicable, provide the details of the delivery agency.

4. Product Delivery Policy

Economic Supplies operates exclusively on a business-to-business basis (wholesale sales).

4.1 Athens & Suburbs
Delivery is carried out using our own vehicle at no additional charge, provided that the order exceeds the minimum value of €50 plus VAT.

4.2 Attica Region & Neighbouring Prefectures
Delivery is available and arranged upon prior agreement.

4.3 Rest of Greece
Delivery is carried out through freight transport agencies. We transport the goods to the Athens agency using our own vehicle, at no additional charge, within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.Transportation from the agency to the final destination is charged to the customer. The cost varies depending on the order and the delivery area; we will always contact you regarding the relevant charges before dispatch.Where possible, we use your preferred transport agency.

4.4 Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within a maximum of two (2) business days, unless there is a significant reason for delay.

5. Returns & Cancellations Policy

5.1 Order Cancellation

• For printed products, cancellation is possible within five (5) days of order confirmation.
• For all other products, cancellation is possible within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation.

5.2 Product Returns
Product returns are accepted within two (2) weeks of receipt, provided that the product is in the same condition in which it was received.

• Defective Products: They can always be returned at our expense.
• Return Due to Change of Mind: Each case is assessed individually, following prior consultation, and acceptance is at the discretion of our company.
• Return Shipping Costs: Where the responsibility lies with our company, we will cover the return shipping costs. Where the responsibility lies with the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Transaction Security

All card payments are processed through Nexi Payments Greece S.A.’s Nexi XPay online payment platform. The platform uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit SSL encryption, ensuring that your transaction details remain confidential throughout their transmission to the recipient.
